Role: Jr Paid Media Buyer
Location: Remote (Latin America)
Timezone: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time.
Compensation: $1,700 to $2,000 USD base + incentives.

About the Role
This role focuses on execution across paid media and outbound growth systems. You will take a defined ICP and messaging and turn it into working campaigns, lists, and funnels that generate qualified leads and conversions.
You will own the full workflow, from sourcing prospects to launching campaigns, building email sequences, and optimizing performance based on real results. The role combines paid media, outbound lead generation, and marketing automation.
You are not responsible for high-level strategy or social media content. You are responsible for execution, testing, and improving performance.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Lead Generation and Prospecting
Prospect Research: Identify ideal customer profiles using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Data Sourcing: Use Apollo or similar tools to extract and enrich contact data
List Building: Create and manage targeted lead lists aligned with ICP criteria
Email Campaigns: Build and launch outbound email sequences with strong conversion-focused copy
Domain Management: Set up and manage domain warming processes to protect deliverability
Marketing Automation and Funnel Execution
Workflow Automation: Connect tools such as Apollo, Pipedrive, and optional tools like Zapier to create scalable workflows
CRM Management: Track and manage leads through Pipedrive or similar systems
Lead Routing: Ensure smooth transition from outbound campaigns into CRM pipelines
Nurture Campaigns: Build follow-up sequences for leads and trial users
Paid Media Execution
Campaign Management: Build and manage paid campaigns primarily on Meta Ads Manager, with focus on Instagram
Budget Management: Operate efficiently within a small test budget of around $500 per month
A/B Testing: Test creatives, copy, and audiences to improve performance
Retargeting: Set up retargeting campaigns for website visitors, leads, and trial users when feasible
Performance Tracking and Optimization
KPI Tracking: Focus on meaningful metrics such as conversions, booked calls, and qualified leads
Reporting: Deliver weekly reports with clear insights and performance trends
Optimization: Continuously adjust campaigns, targeting, and messaging based on results
Must-have Qualifications
3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in paid media, outbound marketing, or growth execution
Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager, especially Instagram campaigns and retargeting
Proven experience with Apollo or similar tools for lead sourcing and outbound campaigns
Experience with CRM systems such as Pipedrive
Experience building email sequences and managing outbound campaigns
Strong understanding of email deliverability and domain warming practices
Experience with marketing automation tools, including optional use of Zapier or similar solutions
Ability to write effective conversion-focused copy for email and ads
Strong analytical skills with focus on real business outcomes, not vanity metrics
Ability to work independently and make execution decisions without constant supervision
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
Experience with Clay or similar data enrichment tools
Experience with SaaS or HR tech products
Familiarity with tools like Sender or similar email platforms
Basic design sense to coordinate with creatives, no design execution required
