The Role
As IT Compliance Engineer, you'll safeguard our technology infrastructure and ensure regulatory compliance as we scale globally. You'll build robust governance frameworks that enable innovation while protecting our systems, data, and millions of users worldwide.
What You'll Do
Implement and maintain IT compliance controls for ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, and local regulations
Manage IT change control processes, ensuring secure testing, approval, and documentation
Lead internal and external IT audits, providing evidence and coordinating remediation efforts
Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and collaborate with security teams to address compliance gaps
Build intuitive compliance dashboards and reporting systems for leadership visibility
Partner with development and operations teams to streamline governance without hindering innovation
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field with 3–5+ years in IT compliance or governance
Proven experience with control frameworks (ISO 27001, COBIT, SOC 2, NIST) and ITIL methodologies
Strong technical understanding of infrastructure, cloud environments, and security principles
Experience of building and managing small teams is desirable
Professional certifications (CISA, CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, ITIL) highly valued
Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex compliance requirements into practical solutions
Detail-oriented approach with integrity and collaborative problem-solving mindset
