CRM Analytics Manager

You'll lead brand performance analysis as the key driver of data insights, uncovering root causes behind KPI shifts to optimize marketing, bonuses, and P&L across our social casino portfolio.

What you'll do:

• Conduct deep-dive KPI investigations (churn, LTV, retention), recommending smarter budget allocation via SQL and advanced analytics
• Lead and mentor 3-5 Brand Analysts, developing them from reporters into strategic P&L owners
• Maintain holistic oversight of Acquisition, CRM, and Fraud/Risk ecosystem impacts
• Bridge Business and Data Science teams, guiding ML features for churn/LTV/propensity models
• Standardize analytical best practices for consistent, high-level strategic output
• Act as brand health gatekeeper, ensuring balanced growth across all KPIs

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience in social gaming/iGaming analytics or commercial roles with P&L responsibility
• Team management experience building strategic thinkers and fostering continuous learning
• SQL proficiency; experience with CRM platforms (Klaviyo, HubSpot), ML applications, and data privacy (GDPR)
• Business owner mentality focused on optimization, efficiency, and taking ownership
• Investigative mindset — you dig deeper into data until hidden truths are uncovered
• Ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements for predictive modeling
