Pyron Group is seeking a friendly, dependable, and growth-minded Client Services Associate to join our team.
This role serves as the first point of contact for clients while supporting the day-to-day administrative and processing work that helps our agency run smoothly. No insurance experience is required. We are looking for someone who enjoys helping people, stays organized, pays attention to details, and is eager to learn.
This position is a starting point for a long-term career in insurance. We will support the right candidate in studying for and obtaining a Property & Casualty insurance license, with opportunities to grow into Account Management, Sales, or other insurance-related roles over time.

What You'll Do
Client Service
Welcome clients and visitors to the office.
Answer incoming calls and route them to the appropriate team member.
Assist with routine client requests and questions.
Help create a positive and professional client experience.
Processing & Administrative Support
Accept and process client payments.
Assist with policy documents, ID cards, and routine servicing requests.
Support Account Managers with renewal and quoting preparation.
Process and organize incoming insurance carrier correspondence and documentation.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in agency systems.
Create follow-up reminders to ensure requests are completed.
Team Support
Assist Account Managers, Risk Advisors, and Office Managers with administrative needs.
Help ensure client requests are handled accurately and efficiently.
Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
Take on additional responsibilities as skills and experience grow.
What We're Looking For
Required
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented.
Comfortable working with technology and learning new systems.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to manage multiple tasks.
Preferred, But Not Required
Customer service, administrative, reception, banking, hospitality, or office experience.
Experience handling payments, documents, or client records.
Interest in insurance, financial services, or sales.
