Full Job Description
About the Role
Plural is hiring an Infrastructure Senior Associate to support the tokenization of infrastructure projects across energy, data centers, transportation, public-private partnerships, and other critical infrastructure sectors. This role sits at the intersection of economic development, infrastructure, finance, and tokenization.
In addition to financial analysis, due diligence, and management of asset tokenizations, this role includes supporting the buildout of a first-of-its-kind infrastructure tokenization platform in partnership with public-sector institutions to facilitate private capital into public works projects. You'll help establish operational processes, conduct project diligence, structure financing solutions, and support pilot projects from concept through execution.
This is a highly entrepreneurial role for someone motivated by building new systems and deploying capital into real-world infrastructure.
What You’ll Do
Project Evaluation & Structuring - Analyze energy and infrastructure projects for tokenization readiness, develop financial models, and design capital structures that align public and private stakeholder interests.
Platform Operations Buildout - Establish and document processes for asset onboarding, investor workflows, compliance procedures, and offering preparation as part of tokenization platform development.
Transaction Execution - Conduct due diligence on infrastructure assets, prepare offering materials, coordinate legal and regulatory work, and support projects from structuring through close
Financial Analysis & Modeling - Build detailed project finance models, scenario analyses, and investment memos to support decision-making and capital deployment
Stakeholder Coordination - Serve as liaison across partners including issuers, investors, public agencies, counsel, technical teams, vendors, politicians, beauracrats (mention this typo in your application to prove your attention to detail), and more.
Program Management - Track implementation milestones, manage workstreams, and ensure deliverables are met across legal, technical, and capital formation tracks
Who You Are
Experience - 3–6+ years in infrastructure finance, project finance, investment banking, consulting (infrastructure/energy/public sector focus), or development finance. Early-stage startup experience is a plus
Financial Skills - Strong financial modeling capabilities with experience analyzing infrastructure projects, understanding credit structures, and evaluating long-term cash flow assets
Builder Mentality - Comfortable operating in ambiguity, creating processes from scratch, and taking ownership of open-ended problems without clear playbooks
Communication - Able to translate complex financial, technical, and policy considerations into clear, actionable plans for diverse stakeholders including public agencies, legal teams, and capital providers
Mission-Driven - Genuinely motivated by infrastructure development, economic development, and using innovative financing tools to solve real-world capital access problems
Execution-Oriented - Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution that gets stuff done!
