Inbound Sales Team Manager

Location: Remote (LATAM)

Working Hours: U.S. Pacific Time

Compensation: $1,800 USD per month. Additional bonuses may be available based on performance.

Bullpen Talent is hiring an Inbound Sales Team Manager for a U.S. home renovation company.

The primary responsibility of this role is to build and manage a team of low-cost remote representatives who handle inbound homeowner inquiries and schedule appointments.

Homeowners contact the company directly to:

  • Request renovation / construction estimates

  • Schedule appointments

  • Reschedule appointments

  • Ask questions about services

  • Follow up on projects

We are looking for someone who has previously built and managed this type of team.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, hire, train, and manage a team of low-cost remote customer service and scheduling representatives

  • Create processes, scripts, and training materials

  • Ensure inbound leads are answered quickly and professionally

  • Monitor team performance and quality

  • Coach underperforming team members

  • Maintain strong appointment booking rates

  • Keep the team motivated, accountable, and productive

  • Report results and recommend improvements

Requirements

  • Experience working for a home services company (roofing, remodeling, HVAC, restoration, windows, landscaping, solar, etc.)

  • Experience building and managing teams of remote customer service, scheduling, or appointment-setting representatives

  • Experience recruiting and managing lower-cost remote staff

  • Experience creating processes and training programs

  • Strong English communication skills

  • Available during U.S. business hours

  • Extremely reliable

Ideal Candidate

You have personally built and managed a remote team responsible for handling inbound homeowner inquiries and scheduling appointments.

You know how to find good people, train them quickly, manage performance, and keep a lower-cost remote team operating at a high level.

Compensation: $1,800 USD per month, plus bonuses after several months of performance.
