Responsibilities

  • Conduct research and analysis of the immigration requirements and processes

  • Liaise with local providers to complete immigration assessments

  • Complete right to work checks accurately and in accordance with government compliance requirements and internal quality standards

  • Assist with preparation of country overviews and process flows

  • Track case progress, proactively identify blockers, and take action to prevent missed deadlines or service failures

  • Maintain high-quality case documentation to support audit readiness, compliance, and first-time-right outcomes

  • Act as an intermediary between immigration clients,in-country specialists, and external immigration vendors to ensure clear communication and timely case progression

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of direct client service experience

  • Ability to interpret, translate, and communicate complex immigration concepts, processes, and policies to various stakeholders

  • Ability to recognize the most important priority and find solutions under pressure

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (fluency in another EMEA language is a plus)
