Full-Time OR Part-Time BCBA/BCaBA - Neurodiversity-Affirming ABA SenseSational Learning Group | Grand Ledge, Michigan

Location: Hybrid - Grand Ledge, MI (Home and Community Settings)
Part-Time Pay: $55 - $70 per hour (depending on experience)
Full-Time Pay: $70,000 - $80,000 per year

We're a neurodiversity-affirming ABA practice specializing in Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (NDBI). We prioritize play-based, child-led approaches that honor each individual's unique way of being.

The Role:

Seeking a creative, energetic BCBA/BCaBA who's passionate about early childhood development and neurodiversity-affirming practice. Provide individualized ABA services in homes, schools, and community settings using NDBI approaches.

Schedule: Morning (9am-12pm) and/or Evening (3:30-7pm) availability required

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop collaborative intervention plans

  • Implement naturalistic, play-based interventions in natural environments

  • Partner with families as true collaborators (not just "trainers")

  • Coach parents, caregivers, and teachers on neurodiversity-affirming strategies

  • Work across home, school, and community settings

  • Participate in dynamic team collaboration and case consultation

You're a Great Fit If You Have:

  • Required: BCBA or BCaBA certification (BACB)

  • Required: Michigan state licensure

  • Required: Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field

  • Strong foundation in NDBI and natural environment teaching

  • Passion for neurodiversity-affirming, ethical ABA practice

  • Early childhood development expertise

  • Creative, flexible approach to intervention
