Clean Nutra is one of the fastest-growing health and wellness brands, powering over 12,000 daily Amazon orders, 200+ product SKUs, and a rapidly expanding DTC and TikTok presence. Behind the scenes, we’re building Ecom ERP—an AI-driven operating system to run our company end-to-end: from payments and inventory to forecasting and marketing automation.

We’re seeking a Head of Software Development to lead technical vision, execution, and team-building to complete and scale our systems.
Role Overview
The Head of Software Development will manage all technology initiatives across Clean Nutra and Ecom ERP. Responsibilities include finalizing our ERP system, leading developers, overseeing system integrations (Shopify, Amazon, TikTok), and building a top-tier technical team. You’ll act as both strategic leader and technical executor, ensuring seamless and scalable systems throughout the company.
Core Responsibilities
Lead completion and optimization of Ecom ERP (payments, inventory, purchasing, integrations, reporting, AI modules)
Audit and refactor code as needed; ensure robust, scalable, secure data pipelines and APIs
Oversee Shopify development, front-end developers, and system integrations
Manage and integrate AI & automation projects (video/image generation, ad automation, listing optimizers)
Build and lead an internal development team; manage agencies and freelancers as needed
Implement agile process, track performance, and report key progress to executives
Oversee integrations across all business systems (Shopify, Amazon, finance, 3PL, CRM, etc.)
Qualifications
7+ years leading software/product development teams
Deep knowledge of SaaS architecture, APIs, and full-stack systems
Proven delivery of complex software builds
Experience with Shopify API, Amazon SP-API, ERPs, and AI integrations preferred
Proficiency in Node.js, Python, React, or similar stacks
Excellent project management and leadership skills
Experience hiring and mentoring technical talent
