This role represents Clean Nutra’s first dedicated, in-house HR presence onsite, making it a highly visible and impactful position.
Position Overview
Clean Nutra is seeking a motivated, people-first Onsite HR Manager / HR Generalist to support our Las Vegas–based onsite employees and leadership team. This role sits between entry-level and executive HR — ideal for someone who is confident owning day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, and compliance, while still growing alongside a scaling organization.
This position will not be responsible for all company-wide HR strategy but will act as the primary HR partner for onsite employees, managers, and leadership, ensuring a positive employee experience, legal compliance, and strong people operations.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for onsite employees regarding HR-related questions, concerns, and policies
Own onboarding and offboarding for onsite hires
Manage employee relations, performance issues, and documentation
Ensure compliance with federal, Nevada, and local labor laws
Support timekeeping, payroll coordination, and benefits administration
Partner with onsite leadership to promote a positive, compliant workplace culture
Help build scalable HR processes as Clean Nutra grows
Qualifications
5-8 years of HR, People Operations, or HR Generalist experience
Experience supporting hourly and salaried employees in onsite environments
Working knowledge of Nevada and federal employment laws
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
