Team

Our Growth team helps maximize the potential of each Voodoo product within the ecosystem. Our Growth team is split into several job expertise such as user acquisition, ad monetization, video ads, playable ads, and influencer marketers. Being part of the Growth Team at Voodoo requires a lot of operational excellence and creativity in order to constantly adapt ourselves to stay ahead of the rest of the market.

Role

As the Head of Performance Marketing - Consumer Apps, you will be responsible for scaling our portfolio of social apps worldwide, with a specific focus on BeReal and Wizz.

You will lead and build a team of 10+ people to cover paid growth, while reporting to the VP Growth and working closely with our CEO.

The ideal candidate is a data-driven growth leader with a structured mindset, a passion for growth hacking, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.

  • Build the growth strategy to scale our top mobile apps such as Wizz or BeReal

  • Execute our growth acquisition channels, including paid UA, partnerships, featuring deals, app store relationships, cross-promotion, PR, influencer marketing, growth hacking, ASO and community building.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors’ growth strategies to identify the last performing channels we can activate.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of the growth strategy, building strong partnerships and leverage resources effectively.

  • Conduct systematic data analysis and leverage key metrics to measure channels performances, drive decision-making, prioritize growth initiatives and identify improvement opportunities.

Profile

  • You have at least 4-8 years of experience in scaling apps, mobile preferably

  • You have already managed a team of at least 5 people

  • You show strong interest and knowledge of the mobile apps industry

  • You understand the mobile growth ecosystem in detail (Privacy, MMP, etc.) as well as branding performance 

  • You are a data-driven, growth hacker with a structured mindset

  • You have entrepreneurial mindset and can adapt to a high-paced environment

  • You can demonstrate excellent teamwork and collaboration skills

  • You are fluent in English (fluency in French is a plus)
