The role
We're hiring a Head of Partnerships to build and grow Cryptio's partner ecosystem across crypto and fintech. You will own key relationships and turn them into repeatable motions that drive adoption and measurable commercial outcomes. This is a high-impact role sitting at the intersection of business development, institutional sales, and crypto market expertise - the person we hire will come with an existing network and hit the ground running.
What you'll do
Build and execute a global partner strategy anchored in New York City
Source, structure, and close strategic partnerships across crypto-native firms, and manage them end-to-end
Drive partner-led pipeline through referral and co-sell motions, with a focus on unlocking institutional relationships (banks, asset managers, regulated entities)
Act as a credible external face for Cryptio in the market opening doors with the institutions we're targeting
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to launch and scale partnerships
Represent Cryptio at partner meetings and key industry events
What we're looking for
8–10 years in partnerships, BD, alliances, or relationship management
3–4+ years in crypto, with a pre-existing network in the NYC institutional crypto space
Background or strong familiarity with accounting, audit, or advisory — either from a consulting or crypto-native context
Strong executive communication — able to run partner conversations independently and represent Cryptio with confidence
High ownership, pace, and a track record of delivering commercial results
Nice to have
Accounting consulting or advisory background
CFA, CPA, or MBA
Crypto sales or BD experience
TradFi background (banking, sales & trading) with a pivot into digital assets
