Head of Cross-Sell Experience

The Role
Drive cross-sell growth for our partners by designing and delivering data-driven strategies that unlock customer value and boost commercial performance across multiple brands.
What you will be doing:
• Lead cross-sell strategy development for partners, tailoring approaches to each brand's audience, products, and commercial priorities
• Design and deliver cross-sell campaigns across CRM and product touchpoints to increase customer lifetime value
• Collaborate with BI and Finance teams to interpret key commercial metrics including cost of acquisition, LTV, and wallet share
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Retention, and Acquisition teams to align platform capabilities with partner growth needs
• Manage multiple partner relationships simultaneously, ensuring clear communication and delivery excellence
• Partner with CRM and Product teams to design automated, personalised cross-sell journeys across all channels
What we are looking for:
• Proven experience in a senior CRM, growth, or commercial marketing role — ideally in a platform, agency, or partner-facing environment
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle strategy, cross-sell techniques, and commercial metrics (CAC, LTV, retention, wallet share)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience managing multiple partners or client accounts
• Analytical thinker able to translate data into actionable, commercial insights
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with multiple priorities
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Braze, HubSpot) is advantageous
