✨ What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a Head of Product Content to own and drive the content strategy across our apps.
You will focus on defining how high-quality content drives user outcomes, enhances product value, and supports personalization and growth.
You’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Content Producers, Design, Marketing, and Data teams to align content direction with product goals, user needs, and commercial objectives.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
Work with content leads and managers to define and own the content strategy for each product — aligning content with core user journeys, paid marketing, and growth opportunities
Partner with Content Production to ensure the right formats, themes, and topics are being created to support product goals
Develop and maintain a content taxonomy/framework (e.g., by goal, life stage, ability, etc.) that enables better content discovery, personalization, and testing
Collaborate with Product and UX teams to ensure content integrates meaningfully within the product experience
Support localization and international expansion through scalable content frameworks
Work with Data/Analytics to assess content performance, identify gaps, and optimize for activation, engagement, and retention
Champion user-centric content thinking across teams, ensuring we address the needs of diverse audiences (e.g., younger users, different ability levels, varied health goals)
Propose and prioritize content-driven product initiatives and expedite content innovation
Foster cross-functional alignment on content direction across Product, Content, and Marketing
🎯 Required Skills
Proven experience in content strategy or product content leadership roles, ideally within wellness, fitness, education, or consumer apps
Multimedia and multi-format experience — comfortable creating podcasts, educational articles, or other content packages
Strong understanding of how content impacts user behavior and product success
Experience working cross-functionally with content creators, product managers, designers, and analysts
Systems thinker — able to structure content at scale using taxonomies, metadata, and content models
Insightful and user-focused — comfortable interpreting user research and data to inform content direction
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strong project management skills — able to drive initiatives forward across multiple teams without direct authority
Experience with A/B testing, personalization, or content recommendation systems is a plus
Passion for health, fitness, or wellness is a big bonus
