What you’ll do

  • Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Partner with the Head of Fintech Go-to-Market (GTM) to generate, close, and deliver a robust pipeline of enterprise prospects. You will build and iterate outbound campaigns based on feedback and manage a pipeline across multiple ICP's
  • Product Expertise & Discovery: Become an expert on Privy's products, confidently leading initial discovery calls with fintech prospects to understand their needs and demonstrate our value.
  • Deal Cycle Management: Own a pipeline of customer relationships, acting as the main Privy stakeholder for high priority customers until they implement Privy in production.
  • Strategic GTM Support: Contribute to the overall enterprise GTM team strategy for both North America and global markets.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify emerging trends, new opportunities, and shape our counter-positioning
  • Growth Initiatives: Assist on projects and initiatives aimed at refining our strategy and playbook, both regionally and globally. This includes collaborating on our product roadmap, pricing strategies, and other partnership efforts.
  • Industry Representation: Represent Privy at key industry events and conferences, serving as a knowledgeable and engaging spokesperson for our enterprise vertical.

Who you are

We're seeking a proactive and results-oriented individual with a strong background in sales or business development within the enterprise sector. You should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Minimum requirements

  • 5+ years of direct fintech sales experience
  • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify client needs and propose effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales management tools.
