About the Role

We’re hiring a Senior Growth Marketer to own acquisition across all paid, organic, and emerging channels. You’ll be responsible for filling the pipeline across every segment, with a particular focus on downmarket acquisition, high-velocity experimentation, and scaling what works.

This role is perfect for someone who’s equal parts strategist and operator—comfortable owning the growth portfolio, managing agencies for execution, and using data to guide investment decisions. You’ll partner deeply with Demand Gen, Sales, and Product Marketing to build a predictable, scalable, multi-channel engine.

What You’ll Do

Channel Strategy & Acquisition

  • Own pipeline generation across paid, organic, and emerging channels.

  • Develop and scale paid media programs (LinkedIn, Google, retargeting, etc.).

  • Lead organic growth: SEO, social, content distribution, and AI engine optimization.

  • Test, launch, and optimize new acquisition channels with speed and rigor.

Portfolio Management

  • Manage growth across segments; make data-driven investment decisions.

  • Hire and manage agencies for execution across paid, SEO, and creative.

  • Partner with Performance Marketing to develop and maintain dashboards, attribution models, and reporting frameworks to track performance.

Cross-Functional Growth

  • Partner with the marketing team to align budgets, funnel targets, and segmentation strategy.

  • Collaborate closely with Sales to ensure channels are filling the right segments at the right velocity.

  • Support ABM programs—layering targeted, enterprise-focused plays on top of core acquisition.

Experimentation & Optimization

  • Drive rapid experimentation across channels, messaging, landing pages, and offers.

  • Build and maintain growth loops that compound over time.

  • Analyze full-funnel data to identify friction points and unlock efficiency.

Who You Are

  • 4–8+ years in Growth Marketing, Demand Gen, Performance Marketing, or GTM engineering at high-growth SaaS or consumerized B2B companies.

  • Proven track record of scaling paid and organic channels.

  • Deeply analytical—comfortable with CAC, payback, attribution, and funnel modeling.

  • Strong operator who loves testing, iteration, and measurable results.

  • Skilled at managing agencies and external resources.

  • Not required to come from sales tech, but must have seen high-quality growth teams in action.

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and embedding with Sales when needed.

  • Thrives in fast-moving, resourceful startup environments.
