We are building the first AI learning unicorn with the deep mission of personalising education for 1B students globally. Now we need growth hackers who can help us crack the US market.

Millions of students use our AI learning companion daily, making us the biggest AI learning companion in Europe. We just closed 30M$ in funding to crack the the hard part: winning America. The AI learning market is at an inflection point, and we’re in pole position to win it.

Market leadership in this new, up and coming market will be decided in the next 6-18 months.

You will join an elite team of 60 hands-on builders serving 1B students worldwide. If we win, you will have built something generational. If we don't move fast enough, someone else will.

YOUR MISSION

Own US growth.

We hit millions of users daily in Europe through pure organic growth. During the last 1.5 years we built massive traction on Social Media, +250M organic views / month on TikTok, Instagram etc. Now we want to take this relentless testing approach and viral playbooks to the US and scale it as far as we can. You will be a key role and owning the growth together with our CEO and growth team in Berlin.

What you will do:

• Own the entire US growth engine - Test, break, rebuild. Find growth angles that work, kill the ones that don’t, move fast.

• Hack traction in the noisiest market on earth - UGC content, creator programs, viral loops, new growth hacks, whatever it takes & should be tested

• Build and run our creator ecosystem - Find the people who can move the needle, turn them into growth machines

• Build up & lead cracked creators and growth hackers

• Spot patterns in the data and turn them into growth experiments before anyone else does

Why this matters: The US isn't just another market. It's the market. We deeply believe in the large opportunity of enabling personalised education for every student in the US. Your work is laser-focused on moving our North Stars: growing ARR and DAUs as we race to establish global market dominance

What success looks like: Within 1-3 months, you will have created measurable traction that proves we can win here. You will have learned more about growth than most people do in three years. Knowunity is a name that US students actually know and you hugely contributed to set Knowunity up to be the dominating player in the K12 AI-learning space. Most K12 Apps are focused on homework solving, Knowunity shall be a true learning companion for students.

YOUR STORY

You are the type of person who:

• Thinks and acts like a founder – You take initiative, see opportunities, and turn ideas into results without waiting for detailed instructions

• Commits fully when the stakes are high – You understand that transforming education requires more than office hours, and you're ready to invest 70+ hours weekly building something that matters with large potential outcomes

• Executes with highest urgency – You can go from insight to implementation in hours, not weeks, and you naturally bias towards action over analysis paralysis

• Leverages AI as a force multiplier in everything you do – from research to analysis to creation

Your track record

You have already proven you can create traction - whether through previous internships at top B2C startups / scaleups, advertising or selling products on TikTok-Shop or founding your own venture!

Must-haves

• Founder mentality: If 70+ hour weeks scare you, this probably isn't it

• Proven growth experience: Startups, fast moving agencies, your own venture or deep UGC/Social expertise

• Data driven execution: You have the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights

• You are truly creative in your approach and don´t just copy what works

Huge Plus:

• You've built your own social channels from 0 to real traction (50k+ followers, 10M+ views)

• You've run creator communities and scaled UGC across platforms (200+ creators)

• You know how to game algorithms, not just follow best practices
