Full Job Description
We're looking for our first full-time Growth Lead at Gaia. This is a rare opportunity to build from scratch in a fast-growing, AI-native company that already has traction and real revenue. You would be coming in to build repeatable growth systems to help more patients access IVF and egg freezing affordably. You'll report directly to our Head of Product and partner closely with the C-suite.
What you’ll do
Build the growth engine — not run campaigns
Architect AI-native acquisition
Deploy autonomous agents for:
programmatic SEO content
partnership outreach automation (100+ payor/employer targets)
dynamic creative personalization (not manual social ad management)
Own the full funnel as a system
Instrument every step:
traffic → qualified lead → call → signed member
Then create feedback loops that auto-optimize using:
conversion data
LTV
cohort performance
Verticalize growth by ICP
Build parallel acquisition machines for our three core personas:
distinct messaging
distinct channels
automated nurture journeys
Turn product into growth
Partner with Product to embed:
referrals
testimonials
employer case studies
self-serve checkout
instant approvals
Make data compound
Create experimentation infrastructure where:
every test feeds a central knowledge base
AI synthesizes learnings across cohorts
insights auto-deploy into future campaigns
You are
AI-first operator
You’ve already replaced a meaningful portion of your workflow with Claude, ChatGPT, or similar.
You don’t need to be a software engineer, but you must be comfortable building and deploying automations yourself (scripts, agents, no-code + code hybrids)
