Full Job Description

Hello! We're Teya.

Teya is a payment and software service provider, headquartered in London serving small, local businesses across Europe. Founded in 2019, we build easy to use, integrated tools that enable our members to accept payments and boost business performance.

At Teya we believe small, local businesses are the lifeblood of our communities.

We’re here because we don’t believe there’s a level playing field that gives small businesses with a fighting chance against the giants of the high street.

We’re here because we see banks and legacy service providers making things harder for them. We don’t think the best technology or the best service should be reserved for those with the biggest headquarters.

We’re here to fight for a future where small, local businesses can thrive, and to commit the same dedication they offer all of us.

Become a part of our story.

We’re looking for exceptional talent to join our mission. We offer a chance to create impact in a high-energy and connected culture, while benefiting from continuous learning opportunities, a supportive community which is proud to serve our mission, and comprehensive benefits.

We’re looking for a dynamic Go-to-Market (GTM) Specialist to help shape how Teya brings products to market. This role is all about bridging product, commercial, and operations, ensuring that every launch is impactful, seamless, and aligned with our growth ambitions. You’ll be responsible for designing GTM strategies, managing end-to-end launches, and ensuring our products reach customers in the most effective way possible.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Go-to-Market Strategies: Design and execute GTM strategies for all Teya products, aligning with business objectives and market needs.

  • Drive Product Launches: Own the end-to-end process for product launches, coordinating across product, marketing, operations, and sales to deliver successful rollouts.

  • Embed Product Flows: Integrate new product flows into existing commercial processes (pricing, sales, onboarding, customer management, and support) to ensure consistency and scalability.

  • Analyze Commercialization: Monitor product performance post-launch, assess commercialization effectiveness, and recommend improvements to maximize impact and ROI.

  • Plan Commercial Cycles: Work closely with sales and product teams to plan and manage commercial cycles, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with strategic goals.

Your Story:

  • Proven experience in go-to-market, product marketing, or commercialization, ideally in fintech, payments, or technology.

  • 2+ years of experience in management consulting

  • Strong project management skills — able to juggle multiple launches and priorities with ease.

  • Exceptional analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into insights and action.

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills — you’ll work across multiple teams and stakeholders.

  • Comfort with process design and integration, ensuring new product initiatives fit seamlessly into pricing, sales, and customer lifecycle management.

The Perks

  • All You Can Move Sport Pass (XL)

  • Szép Card (Gross 450.000 HUF yearly)

  • Private health insurance

  • 3 extra mental health days yearly

  • Free monthly public transport passes or garage space at the office

  • Office snacks every day

  • Friendly, comfortable, and informal office environment in the heart of Buda

  • Flexible working hours, as long it suits both you and your team

  • Possibility to work in an international environment with colleagues all around the world

We are committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone regardless of race, ethnicity, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, religion, or background can thrive and do their best work. We believe that a diverse team leads to better ideas, stronger outcomes, and a more supportive workplace for all.
