Your Mission:
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with a strong focus on Payment Terminals to own and evolve Teya’s terminal product portfolio.
In this role, you will define and execute the product strategy for our in-store payment devices and related merchant experiences. You will work at the intersection of hardware, software, payments, and operations—ensuring that our terminals are intuitive, reliable, secure, and commercially successful.
You’ll partner closely with engineering, design, commercial teams, and external hardware vendors to deliver products that merchants love and that drive measurable business impact.
What You’ll Do
Contribute to Product Vision & Strategy: Develop and execute a product vision that aligns with the overall strategy for in-person payments and POS hardware.
Own Delivery of Roadmap Items: Take ownership of the POS Terminal (hardware & software) roadmap.
Partner with Hardware Manufacturers: Collaborate with leading hardware manufacturers to develop and refine our group-wide POS hardware offering.
Lead Go-to-Market Efforts: Work with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Supply Chain, Operations, and Marketing, to drive the successful launch of new POS hardware.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analysis and experimentation strategies to identify and resolve hardware and connectivity issues, working closely with engineering and operations teams.
Customer Research & Feedback: Perform regular customer interviews and market research to inform feature prioritization and drive innovation in hardware offerings.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product design, engineering, and compliance teams to build and deliver new product features.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Refine existing mechanisms and develop new ones to inspect product metrics and optimize performance.
Experience /Skill Sets
5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in fintech, payments, or hardware-related products.
Direct experience working with payment terminals, POS systems, or in-store payments is strongly preferred.
Proven track record of delivering complex products that combine hardware and software.
Experience working with third-party vendors and managing technical integrations.
Strong customer-centric mindset with excellent discovery and problem-solving skills.
Ability to balance commercial, technical, and user experience considerations.
Comfortable working with APIs, SDKs, and payment processing concepts.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Data-driven decision making and strong analytical ability.
