We’re on the hunt for a skilled Game Designer (Outsource) to join our R&D team.

What are you working on?

  • Genres: Puzzle, Casual

  • Platforms: iOS, Android, Mobile

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

  • Core Gameplay Development & Ideation: Focus on the creation, iteration, and refinement of core gameplay mechanics. Work closely on short iteration cycles to quickly test and improve gameplay concepts

  • Documentation: Write clear and concise game design documents (GDDs) that communicate ideas and provide detailed specifications for the development team

  • Competitor Analysis: Conduct deconstruction and analysis of competing products to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement

  • Data-driven Design: Use analytical metrics to guide design decisions and improve gameplay through data insights

What kind of professional are we looking for?

  • 3+ years of game designer experience

  • Deep understanding of core gameplay mechanics

  • Experience working as a project’s feature-owner

  • Systematic experience in market research with a strong interest in and ability to apply findings to design decisions.

  • Understanding of product and business goals, ability to prioritize

  • Adaptability and eagerness to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment.

  • Understanding of basic analytical metrics

  • Experience with Unity

  • Fluent Russian
