Team
You will be an integral part of a newly established internal studio, a dynamic and focused team dedicated to elevating some of the most promising game concepts emerging from our innovative prototyping teams. This studio is specifically chartered to take high-potential prototypes and evolve them into successful, market-ready titles.
In this exciting role, your initial focus will be on either This is Blast!, or Card Factory, two games that have already demonstrated significant promise and captured our attention with their compelling core mechanics and engaging gameplay.
You'll have the opportunity to contribute directly to the growth and refinement of This is Blast!, or Card Factory, leveraging its existing traction to build a truly exceptional player experience. This is a unique chance to join a project with established momentum while still having a significant impact on the future direction within a dedicated and agile studio environment.
Role
We’re looking for an Artist who is a game maker at heart and who accepts the challenges of working in a fast-paced live game environment. You combine artistic excellence with product thinking and proactive ownership. We’re not looking for someone to wait to be given out tasks - you should take initiative and own it. You code whenever you can too.
Your outputs:
Final assets that plug directly into Unity—implemented, not just designed
Hypotheses and ideas that start from a player’s perspective and monetization lens, not just visual taste
Proposals grounded in game direction, not generic moodboards
Constant small improvements in live games: self-created Asana tasks, tagged team
UI/UX designs challenged, improved, and implemented by you.
Profile
5+ years in mobile F2P, preferably casual or puzzles as a Game Artist, Technical Artist, or other art roles in 3D or 2D
You don’t need a developer to integrate your assets; You should have Unity experience, asset implementation & UI assembly
You don’t need an introduction to collaborative software (high proficiency in Figma)
You are easy to understand and you are a clear communicator in English (B2+)
You get what sells and you are product-minded, proposing ideas grounded in game needs
You’re interested in exploring the use of AI tools in your workflow (across 2D, 3D, and video workflows)
You are proactive by default
Nice to have:
Basic knowledge of shaders, and materials in Unity
Knowledge of 3D modeling , texturing workflows
