Quickly investigate and triage delays, exceptions, and performance risks using internal systems and carrier tools
Maintain accurate tracking data, dashboards, and operational reporting across multiple concurrent shipments
Assess risk and escalate appropriately, ensuring the right teams are looped in at the right time
Work directly with carriers and terminals to resolve pickup failures, missed handoffs, and in-transit exceptions
Contribute to documentation, SOPs, and training materials as freight processes evolve
What We’re Looking For
3 Years experience in operations, logistics, freight, supply chain, or a related support role
Strong problem-solving and investigative skills
Clear and professional written and verbal communication
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving operational environment
High attention to detail and strong sense of ownership
Ability to think critically and make sound decisions in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment with competing priorities
Comfortable working in an environment where priorities shift and not every issue has a documented playbook
Located in Mexico, Peru, or Colombia
Nice to Have
Experience working directly with carriers, terminals, or 3PL partners
Familiarity with freight KPIs, pickup SLAs, or operational dashboards
Experience contributing to documentation or process improvements
