You'll provide daily field activity reports and deliver regular, actionable feedback on fraud patterns and systemic vulnerabilities that improve the business. This is a high-impact role where your investigative work directly protects 7 million customers' access to financial services.

When you catch fraud here, you're not just protecting a balance sheet. You're protecting 7 million customers building better lives through financial access.
You'll also operate differently. You'll have direct access to field data, customer intelligence, and market insights that most investigators never get.
What You'll Do
Lead comprehensive investigations of sales and customer-related fraud from field investigations and evidence collection through prosecution support. Build bulletproof cases with meticulous evidence documentation. Close cases within stipulated timelines while maintaining quality that holds up to criminal proceedings.
Act as liaison with law enforcement, government agencies, and legal teams. Coordinate criminal charges and support prosecution efforts. Provide daily field activity reports and deliver regular, actionable feedback on fraud patterns and systemic vulnerabilities that improve the business.
What You Bring
Minimum 2 years of demonstrable fraud investigation experience - you've conducted field and desktop investigations, built evidence cases, and managed investigations through closure.
Proven stakeholder management with law enforcement and legal teams. You understand criminal justice systems strategically.
Deep analytical capability - you identify fraud indicators through data mining, think critically about complex cases, see patterns others miss.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and strong written and verbal communication.
