The role

We’re hiring our Founding GTM Engineer to build and own Cryptio’s revenue engine from the ground up. This is not a RevOps admin role. You will replace manual work with intelligent, signal-driven systems that improve AE performance and drive pipeline.

You will own:

  • HubSpot end to end

  • AI-powered outbound infrastructure (Clay, enrichment, sequencing)

  • Lead scoring, attribution, and data quality

  • A command centre that routes the right accounts to the right reps automatically

What you’ll do

  • Rebuild and own the CRM: clean data, fix ownership, define territories, and create a reliable source of truth for pipeline and reporting

  • Design lead scoring and attribution models combining ICP fit, engagement, and real-world intent signals, with full funnel traceability from first touch to revenue

  • Build signal-triggered outbound systems based on real events (e.g. CFO hires, funding, regulatory activity) that generate high-quality, contextual outreach

  • Create enrichment pipelines and deploy AI agents for research, messaging, and workflow automation, with a clear focus on quality over generic output

  • Own email infrastructure including deliverability, domain setup, and sender reputation

  • Build an AE command centre with prioritised accounts, pre-drafted outreach, and full deal context

  • Create real-time dashboards across pipeline health, velocity, forecasting, and performance

  • Integrate events, website signals, and internal tools into a unified data layer

  • Design scalable processes across the full sales cycle and eliminate bottlenecks through automation

What we’re looking for

  • 3 to 5+ years building GTM or RevOps systems in B2B SaaS, with clear ownership of production systems you can explain end to end

  • Deep HubSpot expertise beyond basic workflows, including data architecture and integrations

  • Advanced hands-on experience with Clay and modern enrichment tooling

  • Experience deploying AI in production workflows with a clear understanding of where it adds value

  • Strong understanding of outbound fundamentals including ICP definition, messaging, and data quality

  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building from zero

Nice to have

  • Technical background (Python, JavaScript, Node, SQL, APIs, and debugging workflows)

  • Experience in fintech, crypto, or regulated environments is a plus

  • Talent Screen (15-30 min): An introductory video call to discuss your application, clarify the responsibilities of the role, and answer your questions about Cryptio.

  • 1st Interview (45 min): Meet with our Head of Sales for a deeper conversation to review your CV in detail.

  • Loom/Case Study: Showcase how you would build a workflow.

  • Case Study Interview (60 min): Discuss what you’ve put together and participate in a Q&A session.

  • Final Interview (30 min).
