This role is for builders who can take on ambiguous business problems, move fast across functions and help launch new financial products, markets, licences and partnerships. What You'll OwnDrive zero-to-one strategic projects for the finance super app.  Support licensing, market entry, partner acquisition, office setup, hiring and operating plans.Research markets, competitors, regulations, partners and business models.  Turn founder-level ideas into structured plans, owners, timelines and next actions.  Work across product, legal, compliance, finance, hiring, operations and country teams.  Build trackers, briefs, memos, operating documents and execution rhythms.  Own urgent business problems until they are solved. What We're Looking For  Strong generalist with high ownership, strong writing and sharp business judgement.  Able to learn new industries, regulations and markets quickly.  Comfortable working on licensing, partnerships, operations, market research and execution.  Can turn messy inputs into clear plans and follow-through.Fast, resourceful and calm under pressure.  Strong English communication and structured thinking.Experience in startups, consulting, fintech, strategy, operations, investing or founder-led environments is a strong advantage.
