We are looking for a Field Support & Supply Chain Agent in Akureyri who enjoys working with people, solving technical issues, and building strong customer relationships in the region.
As part of Teya’s front line team, you will support customers in North Iceland and nearby areas by providing hands-on service, technical support, and practical solutions that make their day-to-day operations easier. This is a varied role with both customer-facing and technical responsibilities, where you’ll play an active part in supporting Teya’s growth in Iceland.
Key responsibilities include
Providing excellent and personal customer service to customers in Akureyri and surrounding areas
Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
Setting up payment solutions and delivering POS terminals
Providing technical support to sales and customers regarding POS terminals and related products (e.g. integrations with point-of-sale/cash register systems)
Supporting with other ad-hoc tasks as needed
