About the role

As a Field Marketing Manager, you’ll report into the Field + Partner Marketing team within the Revenue Marketing function and will be responsible for building and executing localized marketing programs to scale Semgrep’s growth in local regions. You’ll partner closely with sellers in addition to global marketing counterparts across product marketing, design, web dev, events and integrated campaigns teams in order to increase new business pipeline and revenue in owned territories.

What you'll achieve

  • Campaign strategy and execution:

    • Plan, execute, and manage regional marketing programs, including events, roadshows, webinars, and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives.

    • Tailor global marketing campaigns to align with local market needs, target accounts, and audience preferences.

  • Sales team collaboration:

    • Partner with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals and regional priorities.

    • Ensure seamless lead handoff and follow-up through close collaboration with sales.

  • Event management:

    • Organize and oversee local field events such as conferences, seminars/workshops, partner happy hours, and executive dinners.

    • Manage all event logistics, vendors, and post-event follow-up to ensure maximum ROI.

  • Data and analytics:

    • Track and measure the success of marketing initiatives, including ROI, lead generation, and pipeline growth within ABM-targeted accounts.

    • Use data insights to refine and optimize future ABM and regional marketing strategies.

  • Customer engagement:

    • Build and nurture relationships with customers, target accounts, partners, and industry influencers.

    • Localize content, promotions, and outreach to enhance engagement and impact.

  • Budget management:

    • Manage the field marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.

You are ideal for this role if you have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • 3–5+ years in field marketing or a similar role, preferably in B2B or technology industries.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and generate insights.

  • Strong experience with cross-functional teamwork, especially with Sales, Product, and Marketing, and Executive teams

  • Proven communication and relationship-building skills, with ability to collaborate with stakeholders, and negotiate with vendors and partners.

  • Results-oriented, adaptable, and a self-starter.

  • Agile and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  • Creative mindset to help translate brand and vision into engaging event experiences and campaigns.

Compensation

The estimated starting annual salary range for this position is $127,500 to $150,000 USD. The actual base salary will be determined based on a number of factors, which may include job-related skills, relevant experience, qualifications, location, internal equity, and market data. In addition to base salary, total compensation may include equity, variable compensation, and benefits. We view equity as a meaningful part of our compensation philosophy and a way for employees to share in the long-term value they help create.
Compensation ranges are reviewed regularly and may be adjusted as the role, individual performance, or market conditions evolve.
