About the role
As an Engineering Manager, you’ll lead, grow and mentor engineering teams that build all aspects of our products. You’ll set clear technical direction in collaboration with cross-functional peers consistent with our engineering strategy, develop and oversee the execution of team roadmaps to deliver high-quality software in a fast-moving environment, manage individual performance and career development and drive hiring to grow your teams in response to business needs. You should be comfortable being hands-on both reading and writing code on an ongoing basis. Each team’s areas of focus is unique and spans from customer-facing product experiences, the reliable and scalable cloud infrastructure powering them, to our world-class static analysis engine itself.
This is a hybrid role with the expectation you’ll join us 3+ days per week in our San Francisco, New York, Boston or Denver offices depending on team.
Compensation
The estimated starting annual salary range for this position is $177,000 to $208,000 USD. The actual base salary will be determined based on a number of factors, which may include job-related skills, relevant experience, qualifications, location, internal equity, and market data. In addition to base salary, total compensation may include equity, variable compensation, and benefits. We view equity as a meaningful part of our compensation philosophy and a way for employees to share in the long-term value they help create.
Compensation ranges are reviewed regularly and may be adjusted as the role, individual performance, or market conditions evolve.
