Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including job posting, screening, negotiation, and offer closure. Stay current with industry trends, recruitment technologies, and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies. Provide timely updates and insights to internal teams on recruitment progress and market dynamics.
