One Confluent. One Team. One Data Streaming Platform.

About the Role:

We are hiring an Executive Engagement Program Manager to lead executive briefing programs that deepen relationships with strategic customers and accelerate our largest opportunities.

You’ll report to a Staff Program Manager of Executive Engagements and collaborate with Associate/Coordinator roles and peer Program Managers.

What You Will Do:

  • Own and deliver briefing programs

    • Serve as end-to-end owner for a defined executive engagement domain (e.g., Mountain View EBC, regional roadshows, or a specific executive motion).

    • Manage the full lifecycle: intake, scoping, planning, execution, and post-briefing follow-up.

    • Ensure each briefing or series has clear objectives tied to pipeline, expansion, adoption, or strategic alignment.

  • Run projects with strong program management

    • Build and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies.

    • Provide concise status reporting, track issues and risks, and drive decisions to keep work on track.

    • Facilitate prep calls and internal alignment meetings; document outcomes and action items.

  • Drive cross-functional alignment and accountability

    • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Field & Partner Marketing, and Executive Admins to align on goals, roles, and success metrics.

What You Will Bring:

  • 2-3 years in program or project management, inside sales, customer success management, executive event coordination, or similar roles in B2B enterprise software or high-growth SaaS.

  • Proven track record of end-to-end ownership of programs or projects with cross-functional stakeholders and clear business impact.

  • Experience in executive briefing centers

  • Solid project management skills: planning, timeline estimation, status reporting, issue/risk tracking, and process documentation.

  • Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple concurrent projects in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including comfort working with senior sales leaders and executives..

What Gives You an Edge

  • Direct experience with Executive Briefing Centers, CxO roundtables, or global executive roadshows.

  • Background in Sales programs, ABM, or Strategic Accounts support.
