Executive Assistant to the CEO The Role (High-Level) We re looking for a high-trust, systems-minded Executive Assistant to support the CEO directly. This role exists to protect the CEO s time, focus, and energy so she can operate at her highest level as a visionary, educator, and entrepreneur. This is a tactical, execution-focused role, not a strategy or people-management position. You will be responsible for translating priorities into action, managing logistics, and removing friction from the CEO s day-to-day workflow. The right person is deeply organized, calm under pressure, proactive without overstepping, and genuinely aligned with our mission of ethical, community-centered wealth building.

What You ll Be Responsible For Executive Support & Time Optimization

Manage the CEO s calendar with precision and discernment

Schedule meetings, calls, interviews, podcast appearances, and speaking engagements

Proactively protect focus blocks and minimize unnecessary context-switching

Prepare the CEO for meetings with agendas, background notes, and key context

Anticipate scheduling conflicts and resolve them before they become problems

Inbox & Communication Management

Triage and manage the CEO s email inbox daily

Draft, respond to, or route emails on the CEO s behalf using clear judgment

Flag high-priority messages and time-sensitive requests

Maintain a clean, organized inbox system aligned with CEO preferences

Logistics & Administrative Execution

Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, lodging, ground transport, and itineraries

Handle meeting logistics (Zoom links, agendas, notes, follow-ups as requested)

Track and process expenses; prepare documentation for bookkeeping (no budget ownership)

Maintain files, documents, and records related to the CEO s work

Workflow & Decision Support

Execute decisions made by the CEO with speed and accuracy

Help manage incoming problems by organizing information and proposing next steps

Compile information, summaries, or briefing documents as requested

Keep the CEO oriented to her priorities, deadlines, and commitments

This role does not own company-wide systems, KPIs, or team management, but it plays a critical role in enabling the CEO to lead effectively.

Strong organizational instincts and follow-through
