About the role
We are looking for a versatile and results-driven Event Marketing & Paid Media Associate to drive attendance for our events and collect actionable marketing data. This role plays a critical part in planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across paid media, social media, and email channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage paid media campaigns to drive event attendance and lead generation.
Develop and optimize marketing assets, including ad copy, landing pages, and campaign flows.
Coordinate event marketing strategies, including retargeting campaigns and speaker communications.
Boost social posts to maximize reach and engagement.
Track and update campaign metrics to optimize performance.
Collaborate with team members to ensure campaigns are executed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, event marketing, or paid media campaigns.
Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, or similar platforms).
Strong copywriting skills for ads, landing pages, and social posts.
Excellent analytical skills to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance.
Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
