Director of Finance & Operations
Role Overview
This is a senior-level role as Director of Finance & Operations, requiring 3–5+ years of experience, where you will be a hands-on, cross-functional partner to the CEO in an early-stage technology company. Day-to-day, you will build and manage financial models, oversee manufacturing and logistics, handle legal compliance, and support HR functions, directly impacting the company's scale from early-stage to high-growth by establishing core business systems. You will work in a dynamic, small team environment, taking full ownership across finance, operations, legal, and HR to ensure smooth operations and launch readiness.
Perks & Benefits
The role is fully remote, likely with flexible hours, though some coordination with hardware partners may imply time zone considerations. It offers significant career growth as a foundational role in a scaling company, with opportunities to shape team culture and build processes from the ground up. The culture is collaborative and ego-free, emphasizing problem-solving and resourcefulness in a health and wellness-focused environment, with benefits such as equity administration through Carta and support for hiring and onboarding processes.
