Full Job Description

Life Space Digital is reshaping the out-of-home media landscape through the deployment of digital screens in high-traffic office, multifamily, and retail environments. Our platform delivers content-rich experiences and targeted advertising directly to building occupants and visitors — starting in elevators, lobbies, and shopping center concourses. Backed by an experienced leadership team and aggressive growth targets, we are scaling across key U.S. markets with a focus on speed, precision, and long-term value for our partners.

We are seeking a Director of Insights and Analytics to lead the development, storytelling, and delivery of audience insights and measurement that fuel our ad sales growth, content strategy, and market positioning. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role will partner closely with sales and marketing teams to turn audience data and campaign performance metrics into compelling narratives that win business and strengthen relationships with advertisers, agencies, and property partners.

You will own the measurement strategy for Life Space Digital’s media network, including working with third-party measurement, research, and attribution providers, developing in-house analytics capabilities, and ensuring that our value story is backed by credible, data-driven proof points.

What you’ll get to do in this role:

  • Lead the audience measurement, insights, and analytics strategy for Life Space Digital, aligning with business development, ad sales, and marketing goals

  • Manage relationships with third-party audience measurement partners to quantify audience reach that will inform impressions and rate cards

  • Manage relationships with third-party brand lift and attribution partners to conduct studies that measure campaign effectiveness

  • Translate research findings and analytics into clear, compelling sales stories for client pitches, RFPs, and marketing materials

  • Develop and maintain audience profiles by property type, market, and content category to support targeting and positioning

  • Create dashboards, reports, and tools to make data accessible and actionable across teams

  • Stay ahead of DOOH, video, and media measurement trends to ensure Life Space Digital’s methodology remains competitive and credible

  • Support sales teams to advise on measurement solutions that will help close deals

Who you are:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in media research, analytics, or insights, with a strong preference for DOOH, digital/video media, or advertising sales support

  • Expertise in audience measurement methodologies, tools, and metrics relevant to digital out-of-home and cross-platform campaigns

  • Proven experience working with third-party measurement and attribution providers

  • Strong ability to interpret and simplify complex data for non-technical audiences

  • Skilled in building data-driven narratives that support B2B marketing and sales objectives

  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio)

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

The base pay range for this position is $150,000 - $180,000 + bonus; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job related knowledge, skills, candidate location, and experience.
