Position Summary: Responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls in a customer-facing role. Provides quality customer service while working through payment collection efforts on loans up to 45 days past due. Reviews and resolves in-depth servicing issues, research, and escalations not limited to escrow, payment discrepancies and loss mitigation. Responsibilities: Responsible for fully understanding all GSE, HUD/VA/USDA guidelines for retention and disposition options to effectively communicate with customers and help resolve/prevent portfolio delinquency.Works directly with delinquent borrowers to resolve past due delinquency; negotiates reasonable payment arrangements and/or extended repayment plans and collects on past due loans.Discusses appropriate foreclosure alternatives by providing detailed requirements for package submissions and timeframe of the review process.Demonstrates full understanding of all stages of delinquency including collections, loss mitigation, bankruptcy, FCL, and REO.Performs other duties and projects as assigned. Requirements: 2+ years of Mortgage Loan Servicing or Mortgage Collection experience required.Black Knight/MSP experience required.Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills required.Knowledge of Loss Mitigation/Default Servicing preferred.Spanish speaking is a plus, but not required. Base pay is one part of our total compensation package. The base pay for this role is $21.20 per hour.
