About your role…

What you’ll do…

  • You will spend most of your time on the phone connecting with our existing customer base

  • You will use your tenacity to connect with qualified decision makers and your influencing skills to set appointments for our customer success team

  • Pipeline management will be key to your success - engaging with leads in the pipeline over multiple channels (Phone and email) and diligently track progress in CRM

  • Meet KPIs: # of outbound calls, emails, contact rate, and meetings scheduled (among others)

What you have…

  • Previous B2B sales, telemarketing, or business development experience

  • BPO or contact center experience with quota achievement

  • Professional phone and email communication for B2B decision-makers from diverse backgrounds

  • Understanding of B2B sales cycles and business development processes

  • Company and contact research using CRM and Public Website

  • CRM Proficiency - Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms for lead tracking

  • Performance-Driven

  • Ability to work with daily/weekly quotas and KPI targets

  • Have a genuine passion for sales or lead generation

  • Enjoy a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and thrive on exceeding
    expectations.
