We blend timeless aesthetics with modern functionality, providing our clients with high-quality pieces that define their living spaces.To ensure excellent coverage for our clients, we are hiring two (2) Virtual Assistants to work together in managing our customer service and operations.Role SummaryAs a Customer Service VA, you will be the front line of our brand. You will support daily operations by managing direct client inquiries via phone and live chat. This role requires a blend of administrative precision and a warm, outgoing communication style to ensure every customer feels valued and supported.Key Responsibilities● Customer Engagement: Manage live chats and answer incoming phone calls with a friendly, professional, and helpful demeanor.● Operations Support: Assist in daily operational tasks to ensure orders and inquiries are processed efficiently.● Inquiry Management: Address questions regarding product details, shipping status, and design specifications.● Data Maintenance: Update and manage customer information and logistics tracking within spreadsheets.Candidate Requirements● Communication: Exceptional written and spoken English. You must be a confident speaker who can represent a high-end brand effectively.● Personality: Friendly, outgoing, and empathetic.
