The Role
You'll own the day-to-day CRM operations that keep our players engaged and coming back for more.
What you will be doing
• Plan, build, and schedule retention campaigns and customer journeys using CRM and marketing automation platforms like Bloomreach, or Builder.
• Monitor customer signals such as churn risks and renewals, executing timely outreach to keep players engaged
• Maintain pristine data hygiene, segmentation, and customer profiles for targeted retention efforts
• Track key metrics like churn rate and engagement, preparing clear reports that drive actionable improvements
• Collaborate with the Content & Design, Outbound(VIP), and Customer Support to align retention activities with broader campaigns
• Troubleshoot CRM workflows and implement process enhancements to optimize performance
What we are looking for
• Strong hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms—including familiarity with or ability to quickly learn tools like Bloomreach and Builder
• Detail-oriented approach with focus on operational accuracy and process consistency
• Data-savvy mindset with ability to interpret CRM analytics and optimize retention delivery
• Effective communicator who works independently and cross-functionally
• Proactive attitude for identifying opportunities to improve CRM operations
