Our Growth team is a transversal entity aiming to maximize and deliver the potential of any mobile product. It combines user acquisition, creative content production, monetization, and the tech capabilities required to turn applications into global hits. With over 100 experts, we operate at the forefront of mobile marketing and ad tech across various types of games (hypercasual, hybrid, 100% IAP).

Role:

We are looking for a Creative Lead to join our Growth team and play a key role in scaling our creative production capabilities in Vietnam.

In this role, you'll build and lead high-performing creative teams while driving operational excellence across your region.

  • Build, train and manage your squad of creative operators, tapping into the best local talent pools of the region you will cover

  • Create seamless workflows and processes to ensure production efficiency and highest creative impact on our products

  • Prioritize and drive the creative production for multiple games based on product potential and user acquisition strategy

  • Analyze creative performance using data-driven insights to refine and optimize strategies

  • Manage the performance of the teams under your responsibility and foster a culture of excellence

  • Identify and partner with local vendors or studios when needed to complement internal production capacity

  • Scale production capabilities while maintaining quality standards and creative consistency

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with user acquisition, game teams, and other regional managers to align on priorities

Profile

  • Fluent in both English and Vietnamese

  • Past experience in a fast-paced environment (consulting, start-up, etc.), if possible in performance marketing / mobile app industry

  • You can work in autonomy and are eager to build up a business from scratch

  • Understanding of performance marketing, including how creatives influence key metrics (CPI, ROAS, engagement rates).

  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
