About the Role We re looking for a strong, journalistic-minded copywriter who loves storytelling as much as accuracy. You ll write and edit across multiple client brands from punchy social captions to thought-leadership blogs and polished case studies all grounded in clear, factual, well-researched writing. This role requires someone who thrives on variety, adapts tone across brands with ease, and brings editorial discipline to everything they touch. You ll also know how to leverage AI tools to streamline your work - not to replace your judgment, but to amplify your craft. What You ll Do Write and edit content across formats: blogs, articles, social posts, case studies, and white papers. Turn leadership call transcripts or interviews into engaging, on-brand content. Fact-check, cite, and verify information to ensure every piece is credible and accurate. Adapt writing style to align with client tone, messaging, and industry standards. Collaborate with internal stakeholders for creative and editorial alignment. Use AI tools for research, drafting, and efficiency while maintaining human quality control. Manage version control, editing cycles, and delivery timelines for multiple brands. Must-Haves 3+ years of professional writing and editing experience (agency, newsroom, or content marketing background ideal). Strong editorial judgment, with a nose for accuracy and credible sourcing. Excellent command of English grammar, structure, and flow matter to you. Comfortable writing across multiple tones, audiences, and industries. Highly self-directed, organized, and deadline-driven. Familiarity with content tools (Google Workspace, Notion, or similar). Proficiency using AI tools (ChatGPT, Grammarly, Perplexity, etc.) to enhance not replace your creative process. Nice-to-Haves Journalism or communications background. Experience in B2B, Healthcare, Tech, or professional services content. Comfort interviewing subject-matter experts and shaping complex ideas into clear writing. Experience editing leadership-level content (white papers, executive blogs, or opinion pieces). Success Looks Like All content meets brand tone, factual accuracy, and editorial standards. Articles and posts require minimal revision before client delivery. Leadership insights are turned into readable, compelling thought leadership.
