Role Overview

The Content Manager will lead, design, and execute the company’s global content strategy across all digital and offline platforms. This individual will own the brand voice, narrative, and editorial coherence, ensuring all content reflects its positioning as a world reference in longevity, health optimization, and integrative wellbeing.

We are seeking a world-class content leader with a deep understanding of longevity, proactive health, and modern wellness culture. Experience in a premium or science-driven health brand is essential. A background or training in health, nutrition, integrative medicine, or related areas is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Leadership

  • Define and oversee the global content strategy, editorial calendar, and content architecture.

  • Ensure consistency and excellence across all touchpoints: social media, website, newsletters, CRM, PR materials, brand campaigns, and on-property collateral.

  • Own and safeguard the brand tone of voice across the organization.

  • Lead and manage internal and external content creators, writers, and editors.

  • Collaborate closely with Brand, Digital, Medical, Product, and PR teams to ensure scientific accuracy and brand alignment.

Content Creation & Execution

  • Produce and edit high-impact content in English and Spanish:

    • Social media

    • Website & landing pages

    • Newsletters & lifecycle CRM

    • Press releases

    • Brand campaigns

    • On-property materials

    • Digital magazine

    • Print magazine (transitioning to a lighter quarterly edition)

  • Translate complex medical and scientific concepts into accessible, inspiring narratives.

  • Develop thought-leadership content for experts, founders, and advisory groups.

  • Support scripts and editorial development for videos, interviews, and presentations.

Brand Development

  • Strengthen global storytelling through scientifically grounded, aspirational content.

  • Develop editorial frameworks for new programs, destinations, services, and strategic initiatives.

  • Continuously refine editorial guidelines and content playbooks.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 7+ years in content leadership, editorial direction, or brand storytelling roles within wellness, preventive health, longevity, luxury hospitality, or science-driven brands.

  • Proven track record leading content for a tier-one health or wellbeing brand (mandatory).

  • Strong understanding of longevity science, proactive health, integrative medicine, and modern wellness culture.

  • Studies in marketing, journalism, communications, advertising

  • Training in health, nutrition, biology, or integrative medicine (highly valued).

  • Fully bilingual English–Spanish, with native-level writing and editing proficiency in both languages.

  • Outstanding editorial precision, conceptual thinking, and storytelling capabilities.

  • Experience leading cross-functional content ecosystems across multiple markets.
