The Wizz Growth team operates at the forefront of mobile marketing and ad tech, constantly experimenting with new formats and trends to resonate with our Gen Z (18+) audience. We combine user acquisition, creative content production, monetization, and tech capabilities to maximize the app's potential and turn Wizz into a global phenomenon.

Role

  • Create scroll-stopping mobile video ads that capture the attention of Gen Z (18+) and drive app installs

  • Become a Gen Z culture expert: benchmark what competitors and leading social apps are doing, stay on top of TikTok/Instagram/Snapchat trends, and translate them into high-performing ads

  • Experiment relentlessly: test new creative formats, hooks, storytelling techniques, and visual styles

  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate creative production and explore new possibilities

  • Develop a data-driven creative mindset: understand how your creations perform (CTR, CPI, retention) and iterate based on insights

  • Work within a dynamic creative squad with amazing people from diverse backgrounds and nationalities

Profile

  • Fully proficient with video editing and content creation

  • Expert in After Effects - Nice to have: 3D softwares or AI creative tools

  • Creative with a growth hacking mindset

  • Understand how your creations drive marketing performance

  • Experience using AI tools for creative production

  • Fluent in English, both oral and written

  • At least 2+ years of experience in a similar role, but we're open to more senior profiles

  • Deeply familiar with the mobile app market and Gen Z culture
