About the Company

Our client is a growing design-build construction company delivering commercial and residential projects across multiple U.S. states. Their integrated approach allows them to manage projects from initial design and architecture through permitting, pre-construction, construction, and final completion.

Operating with a lean and highly collaborative team, the company is expanding its remote operational support function and is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to help oversee projects across its portfolio.

About the Role

We are seeking a bilingual Construction Project Manager to serve as a central coordination point for multiple active projects throughout the United States. This is not a site-based project management role but rather a strategic remote position supporting company leadership while coordinating with local project managers, superintendents, and project teams.

The successful candidate will work directly with senior leadership to ensure projects remain aligned with schedules, budgets, and quality expectations while facilitating communication across distributed teams and multiple time zones.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys managing multiple priorities simultaneously, and is comfortable operating at both the strategic and operational levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate multiple construction projects across several U.S. states simultaneously.

  • Serve as an extension of company leadership, providing high-level project oversight and support.

  • Act as the remote coordination hub between leadership and local project managers or superintendents assigned to individual projects.

  • Monitor project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and overall project health.

  • Ensure alignment between design, permitting, procurement, construction, and closeout activities.

  • Facilitate communication between remote teams, field personnel, consultants, and stakeholders.

  • Identify risks, bottlenecks, and issues early and escalate solutions proactively.

  • Support projects throughout the entire design-build lifecycle, from pre-construction through completion.

  • Maintain documentation, reporting, and status updates for leadership review.

  • Help standardize project management processes across the growing project portfolio.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience within the construction industry.

  • Experience managing commercial and/or residential construction projects.

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Professional certification such as PMP, DBIA, or an equivalent project management credential from your home country.

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.

  • Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects simultaneously.

  • Familiarity with U.S. construction workflows, documentation, and standards.

  • Comfortable working remotely with teams located across multiple U.S. time zones.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience overseeing remote or geographically distributed project teams.

  • Background working within design-build or integrated project delivery environments.

  • Experience collaborating with both English-speaking and Spanish-speaking clients and teams.

  • Demonstrated success managing complex projects across multiple locations.

  • Proficiency with construction management software and collaboration tools.
