Title: Commercial Masonry Estimator
Level: Entry to Mid-Level
Working Hours: Central Time Zone (Alabama)
Comp: $1,500-$2,500/month
Location: LATAM
About the Company
Our client is a general contractor of masonry construction operating along the Gulf Coast in the Southeast region. Primarily, but not limited to Florida, Alabama, and Mississippi.
Their mission is to bring a higher standard of safety, accountability, knowledge, quality and craftsmanship to the masonry division 4 of construction.
What They'll Do
Complete project takeoffs for commercial masonry work (CMU, brick, cast iron)
Provide accurate bid information and estimates for large general contractor projects
Work on turnkey projects across the southeastern US (Mississippi, Alabama, Florida)
Deliver reliable, detailed takeoff documentation to support bid submissions
Collaborate remotely with the internal team to meet project deadlines

Ideal Candidate
2-5+ years of experience estimating US construction projects
Civil engineering background or equivalent masonry/construction estimating experience
Fluent in English
Proficient in commercial masonry takeoff methodologies
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Able to work remotely on US timezone

Accuracy and reliability of bid information (performance judged on estimate quality, not job wins)
US project experience with commercial construction
English fluency
Remote work capability aligned to US timezone
Ability to start with test projects to validate fit
