Griffin Owens Insurance Group is looking for a bilingual Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our team in Manassas, Virginia. In this role, you’ll support business clients —helping deliver clear communication, responsive service, and a positive client experience from start to finish.

You’ll work closely with Commercial Account Executives and agency leadership to support renewals, policy changes, billing questions, certificates, claims assistance, and day-to-day client needs. Every interaction is an opportunity to build trust and help clients feel confident in their coverage decisions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support Commercial Account Executives with client service and account management

  • Review client accounts and assist with coverage and policy recommendations when licensed

  • Help with rewrites and policy transfers when licensed

  • Assist clients through the claims process

  • Answer billing questions and process premium payments

  • Contact clients regarding late payments

  • Issue certificates of insurance

  • Process policy changes and endorsement requests

  • Monitor and distribute agency and carrier emails

  • Support administrative and operational tasks across the office

  • Provide backup support for front desk responsibilities as needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent organization and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and interruptions with professionalism

  • Strong computer and administrative skills

  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn

  • Consistent follow-through and problem-solving skills

  • Commercial insurance experience preferred

  • Current Property & Casualty license preferred, or willingness to obtain within six months of hire
