A Commercial Lines Account Manager collaborates closely with agents and other account managers in providing ongoing support to their commercial accounts. This candidate would want to work in an atmosphere of skilled, motivated, happy people who work together in an environment of teamwork, loyalty, and mutual respect.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage service timelines with agents
Work with different markets, insurance carriers, and underwriters throughout the quote process
Follow up with different markets/underwriters for quotations, binders, policies, endorsements, etc.
Quote new business with carrier rating software, websites and applications
Create proposal booklets
Working daily in our Agency Management System
Daily ongoing deadlines and on-going projects/tasks
Requirements:
Preferred Valid Property and Casualty license in Montana
Preferred 3 Years agency experience
Must have digital competence
Must have strong oral and written communication skills
Preferred experience with carrier rating software
Preferred bachelor’s degree or higher
Preferred experience with AMS360
