ABOUT THE ROLE 

The Clinician Onboarding Manager is responsible for overseeing the end to end clinician preboarding experience, systems training, and readiness for clinical practice at Array Behavioral Care. This position plays a key role in ensuring clinicians are effectively onboarded, fully trained on Array’s technology, EMR, workflows, and operational resources, and prepared for a successful practice launch. The Clinician Onboarding Manager brings strong program management, facilitation, and instructional skills, and works closely with Clinical Leadership, Medical Affairs, Clinician Experience, People Operations, and Operations partners to deliver a coordinated, engaging, and high quality onboarding and training experience.

This role requires the ability to operate both strategically and hands on, delivering polished virtual training sessions while continuously improving onboarding programs to support clinician efficiency, confidence, and scalability.

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

  • Own clinician and internal stakeholder participation in required onboarding and training sessions, ensuring consistent attendance, engagement, and completion across cohorts.

  • Design, deliver, and oversee a comprehensive onboarding and training program, including technology setup, EMR training, workflow education, and clinical systems readiness.

  • Ensure completion, comprehension, and compliance with required live and asynchronous training components, validating clinician readiness prior to go live.

  • Oversee the accurate setup and validation of clinician provider profiles across Array’s digital and clinical platforms, partnering with operational teams to resolve discrepancies.

  • Serve as the owner and administrator of clinician onboarding and training resources, ensuring content is accurate, up to date, accessible, and aligned with evolving clinical and operational needs.

  • Collaborate with Account Management, Implementation, Medical Affairs, and Operations teams to develop, maintain, and enhance training materials, workflows, and site specific documentation.

  • Deliver and coordinate ad‑hoc and targeted training sessions to address clinician questions, system updates, workflow changes, or technology enhancements.

  • Identify recurring training gaps or clinician needs and develop follow up education, job aids, and reference materials to improve readiness, efficiency, and confidence.

  • Continuously evaluate onboarding effectiveness and training outcomes, using feedback and operational insights to drive improvements and scalability of the clinician onboarding experience.

  • Performs other duties as needed

 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR 

  • A Bachelors degree in healthcare administration, public health, or a related field or a combination of relevant experience and education.

  • 5+ years of experience in clinical onboarding, training coordination, or healthcare education, with a proven track record of supporting clinicians through complex training and readiness workflows.

  • Proficiency in Epic and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to Array’s clinical workflows, EMR processes, and virtual care technologies.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead engaging, well‑structured remote training sessions and confidently teach clinicians in a virtual environment.

  • Highly organized and detail‑oriented, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple onboarding workflows, deadlines, and competing priorities simultaneously.

  • Strong problem‑solving abilities and comfort troubleshooting tech‑related issues, system access problems, and workflow barriers during onboarding and training activities.

  • Proven collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with Clinical Operations, Training & Development, Account Management, Implementation, and other cross‑functional partners.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including managing shared sites, documents, training materials, and operational workflows in a digital environment

POSITION LOGISTICS 

  • Position is Remote, based in Eastern or Central time strongly preferred

  • Exempt, Full-time employment

  • Reports to Dir, Clinician Experience and Operations

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS 

  • The pay range for this role is $75,000 - $90,000 per year. This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position using current market data. The final offer will be determined based on an individual's skills, years of experience, education, capacity, licenses, and other job-related factors permitted by law. 

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance, employer paid life & long-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits include short-term disability, voluntary employee, spousal and child life insurance, accident, critical illness, hospital, or confinement insurance and flexible spending accounts (FSA) and health savings account (HSA) contributions
