We’re seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer to architect and lead all technology functions, building the infrastructure that powers our next half-billion in revenue.

Location: Las Vegas (preferred) or Remote

Core Responsibilities

Technology Leadership & Architecture

• Own the end-to-end architecture for all Clean Nutra technology (ERP, backend systems, AI, data, mobile applications, wearables, and telehealth).

• Provide strategic and hands-on leadership for four engineering divisions:

  • E-Commerce & ERP Engineering

  • Health App & AI (Clean Health OS)

  • AI Marketing Technology

  • Telehealth Engineering (ClinTech)

• Build and scale systems that support 200+ SKU eCommerce operations within a global health-tech ecosystem.

E-Commerce & ERP Engineering

• Lead development of Clean Nutra’s ERP: inventory, order routing, SKU management, 3PL integrations, manufacturing data, and real-time profitability.

• Oversee Shopify stores, sales funnels, subscriptions, customer accounts, and marketplace integrations worldwide.

• Manage all operational automations and backend eCommerce infrastructure.

Health App & AI (Clean Health OS)

• Architect, launch, and scale the Clean Health App: AI-driven health assistant, personalized supplement stacks, habit tracking, training programs, nutrition, and health scoring.

• Build and evolve the Health OS: metabolic scoring, bloodwork interpretation, symptom tracking, and wearable integration (Apple Health, Google Fit, Clean Nutra Band).

• Own machine learning models to drive personalization and recommendations.

AI Marketing Technology

• Build and expand Clean Nutra’s AI advertising engine, producing 10,000–100,000 creative pieces monthly.

• Develop AI tools for video generation, UGC automation, scriptwriting, creative analysis, data feedback loops, and ad automation.

Telehealth Engineering

• Design and build HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms: provider dashboards, patient flows, prescription routing, pharmacy integrations, peptide/HRT/GLP-1 protocols, and secure messaging.

• Integrate telehealth technology with Clean Health OS and Clean Nutra’s subscription ecosystem.

Data, Infrastructure & Security

• Lead cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, DevOps, and data engineering efforts.

• Implement and maintain HIPAA, PHI, and industry compliance standards.

• Build unified data pipelines spanning marketing, operations, health data, and finance.

Qualifications

• 7–15+ years of engineering leadership experience

• Proven experience managing global engineering teams of 20–100+

• Deep technical expertise in mobile applications, backend architecture, data systems, AI integration, and security

• Preferably experienced with health-tech, telehealth, consumer apps, or large-scale eCommerce

• Demonstrated ownership, speed, and a strong problem-solving mindset

Key Outcomes

• Modernize and automate ERP & eCommerce tech stack

• Launch and scale the Clean Health App + AI personalization engine

• Integrate telehealth platform with protocols and pharmacies

• Architect and deliver wearable tech ecosystem (hardware, firmware, subscription)

• Operationalize AI creative engine and connect it to ad platforms

• Unify Clean Health OS as the central system powering health, supplements, and telehealth

• Ensure Clean Nutra’s infrastructure scales seamlessly as we triple revenue
