Position Overview:
Rewst is looking for a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive growth by identifying and engaging potential customers. In this role, you’ll connect with prospects from various sources—including events, webinars, inbound inquiries, and our existing database—through strategic outreach and personalized communication. Your efforts will play a key role in generating new business opportunities and expanding Rewst’s reach in the MSP market.
This is a full-time, remote position, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is eager to grow in tech sales.
Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in outbound sales, cold outreach, or lead generation
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to identify and engage potential customers through strategic outreach
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn and articulate software value propositions
Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) is a plus
Prior experience in the technology or MSP industry is preferred but not required
Bonus: Background in customer service, marketing, or project management
